Jenny Gudge
Jenny is Responsible for: Jenny focuses on supporting Fertility Talent, Stroud Resourcing’s specialist division dedicated to fertility and women’s health recruitment.
Jenny is known for: Putting herself out there to try something new – whether it’s a cooking a new dish, trying a new hobby or skill – Jenny takes on any challenge with a smile on her face.

Charlie Brenton
Charlie is responsible for: Bringing a hands-on approach to all things creative in marketing. His background in videography and digital content creation gives him a unique edge in delivering compelling and original work across a variety of platforms.
Charlie is known for: Endlessly creative and always full of ideas, Charlie is rarely found without a project on the go. From concept to execution, he’s passionate about finding exciting and engaging ways to bring content to life, whether it’s for Stroud or through his freelance work as a videographer.

Guy Stroud
Guy is responsible for: As a founding Director of Stroud Resourcing, Guy brings over a decade of expertise recruiting across both clinical and non-clinical sectors, including senior management and executive appointments. Currently, he dedicates his time to supporting Fertility Talent, Stroud Resourcing’s specialist division focused on fertility and women’s health recruitment.

Joanna is responsible for: As a founding Director Joanna has knowledge across all clinical and non-clinical areas and a wealth of experience recruiting for senior management and executive appointments. Joanna leads our key accounts and plays an active role in supporting our teams to deliver results, her focus is to keep the business moving forwards.
Joanna is known for: Steely determination and creativity. Totally committed to three things – working hard, delivering results and having fun (not always in that order!).

Charlotte is responsible for: Charlotte has knowledge across all clinical and non-clinical areas and a wealth of experience recruiting at mid to senior levels. As Senior Consultant Charlotte plays an active role in protecting our 4 P’s, People, Process, Practice, Purpose!
Charlotte is known for: With a real “get up and go” attitude towards life, once Charlotte sets herself a goal, she will do everything in her power to achieve it. She is super organised and doesn’t go anywhere without her notepad and pen!

Outside of work Charlotte loves: Charlotte loves keeping fit, her passion for running has led her to compete in several events to raise money for charity.
