Package: To £41,000 – OTE to £68,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
A leading manufacturer of dental devices, our client currently supplies endodontic, orthodontic and implant products – and associated consumables, to both Primary and Secondary care environments.
Following a consistent period of growth, they have recently offered internal promotions to a number of individuals, resulting in a need to recruit two medical device sales professionals – a Territory Manager to cover the North West, and another to cover the North East & Yorkshire.
The sales team has a fantastic culture – the perfect combination of high-performance and enjoyment. There is a strong work-life balance, and whilst this is a field based role there is a great sense of camaraderie amongst the team.
You’ll also be supported by a sales support team who allow you to focus on commercial activities, over and above the day-to-day administrative necessities.
Both territories are ‘warm’, and you’ll walk into strong relationships with a large number of key customers. Given the scope of the area in terms of both product (and thus customer) base and geographic size, there is also significant potential to develop the region – resulting in strong earnings potential.
Ideally you’ll be working as a Territory Manager / Area Manager / Business Development Manager within the dental sector, and naturally you’ll have a consultative approach to the sales cycle. You’ll be used to selling to dental surgeons, orthodontists, dental nurses and procurement professionals.
